Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by 1JR Cleaning Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

1JR Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Naples, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, and post-construction cleaning.

Scheduling and Appointments

  • Service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email
  • We will confirm all appointments and provide reminders before the scheduled service
  • Service times are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the property
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure optimal service delivery, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and legal access to the property
  • Securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items
  • Ensuring pets are secured in a safe area away from cleaning zones
  • Picking up clutter and personal items to allow access to surfaces
  • Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available and functional
  • Informing us of any special requirements, hazards, or areas of concern
  • Providing accurate property information for accurate quotes

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
  • Prices are subject to change based on property condition and size
  • A deposit may be required for large or first-time services
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for detailed information. In summary:

  • Free cancellation or rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a $50 fee
  • No-shows will be charged the service minimum

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for:

  • Damage to items not properly secured or disclosed
  • Pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces and furnishings
  • Damage caused by defective equipment, fixtures, or surfaces
  • Loss or damage to valuables, cash, or jewelry
  • Pet-related incidents if pets are not properly secured

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service or $500, whichever is less. We carry insurance for accidental damage that occurs during our service.

Insurance

1JR Cleaning Services LLC is fully insured and bonded. In the event of damage caused by our negligence during service, please contact us immediately to file a claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
